A Little Healthy

We, meaning my Mom and I, love sweets! Sad deal; you gain the tires when you eat a lot of them. :'( Well, here's a way you CAN eat sweets and treats with only gaining HALF the fat! SCORE!! :D

•Substitute half the amount of shortening, butter, or oil, with applesauce! It DOESN'T taste ANY different than the regular recipe.
